Catie started her real estate career in 2003 working as a weekend office administrator while attending Western Washington University. She immediately connected with all aspects of real estate and became a licensed broker in 2005. Over the years, Catie has established a wide range of professional experience including high-volume transaction management, sales management, sales, marketing, and investor relations.

Before joining Gillis Real Estate, Catie worked as sales manager at a top King county real estate brokerage, where she managed, trained and mentored 135+ real estate brokers. In addition to teaching weekly forms classes to brokers of all experience levels, she coached new brokers on transaction management, client relations, and business development. She was also instrumental in providing ongoing guidance and solution-oriented problem-solving on every aspect of real estate transactions when brokers were faced with challenges.  

Catie grew up on Whidbey Island and has lived in the Seattle area since 2005.  In addition to her passion for real estate, Catie loves iced coffee, Pilates, animals, hiking, healthy living, travel and self-development.
